I am a Canadian-American, west coaster. I enjoy a good breakfast with eggs -- some kind of eggs. For the 2nd time eating at this place as the first was excellent but they specialize in Quiche for Sunday brunch and I am allergic to cheese. I got someone to ask if I might get a quiche sans fromage and they said no problem. They made 2 of them and these were the best egg dishes I have ever had. The rest of the guests and my party finished them off. So, it was no problem and If I could give this place 6 stars for their egg dishes I would. Their specialties appear to me to be quiches and desserts and their pecan pie was also the best I have ever had.
Nous avions réservé la formule Aqua Brunch avec brunch + accès 2h à Aquensis (31€ par personne). Nous n’avions pas regardé les avis avant de réserver donc on a eu peur sur le coup, mais au final ça été. Le prix est correct pour la prestation brunch. Le personnel est accueillant. La cuisine reste simple, un peu industrielle, mais suffisante pour le rapport qualité/prix. Petite recommandation au personnel : n’hésitez pas à mentionner ce qui se trouve dans le brunch (pour les diverses restrictions alimentaires), puis peut-être demander le type de viennoiseries que le client aime car nous avons eu 1 croissant et 1 chocolatine et n’avons pas pu choisir. On aurait aussi aimé avoir le jus d’orange frais. PS : Les gâteaux maisons avaient l’air délicieux mais on n’avait plus de place. Une prochaine fois peut-être !
